📄 Liability Waiver
I hereby declare that I enter and use the premises of FunPark Meppen voluntarily and at my own risk. I have read and acknowledged the applicable rules and regulations and accept them as binding.
I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and have verified this by presenting an official photo ID to the event organizer, StrohhutCompany GbR, prior to the start of the event.
I acknowledge that the organizer and the owner of the premises accept no liability for:
Personal injury, harm, or health impairments arising from entering or using the premises,
Damage, loss, or destruction of personal property brought onto the premises,
Theft or disappearance of items on the premises.
This applies to both minor negligence on the part of the organizer and the premises owner, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
I expressly waive the right to assert claims, demands, or legal action against the organizer and the owner of the premises in connection with the above-mentioned damages.
